The Team
Abhaya Simha (Filmmaker)
Abhaya Simha is a two-time National Film Award winner and an alumnus of the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII). He has directed four feature films and over 1250 environmental, and cultural videos. Abhaya has also served as a visiting faculty at many prestigious institutions. He represented young Indian filmmakers at the Berlin International Film Festival. Two of his movie scripts have been selected for the NFDC and South Asian Script Labs. Abhaya also headed the Kannada Cluster for VOOT (OTT platform). He has been actively involved in cultural documentation through the Sanchi Foundation, a not-for-profit organization that documents audio-visual heritage.
Vachan Shetty(Film producer)
Former techie turned producer, Vachan Shetty holds a Master's in Computer Science from NJIT, USA. With over 15 years of experience, he has served as the Joint Managing Director of Vachan Electricals Private Limited, a Total Turnkey Electrical Contracting Company. Venturing into the world of entertainment, he founded Innostorm Entertainment Group. His responsibilities include discussing script ideas, assembling teams, and ensuring quality production. Vachan boasts a collective experience of over a decade, with the production of more than 15 feature films, TV shows, and short films in various Indian languages. Many of his film productions have been selected for various prestigious National and International Film Festivals.
Pradeep Haradi Pai (Filmmaker)
Pradeep Haradi Pai, the Chief Creative Officer of Sudhee Networks Pvt. Ltd., a Bengaluru-based E-media company, is a passionate filmmaker and content creator with a Diploma in Computer Science and Engineering. Previously, he served as an Editor at "alwaysindian.com," a web journal for the Indian Diaspora. With a portfolio boasting nearly 2500 audio-visual programs, including corporate videos, documentaries, infomercials, ad films, TV serials, and other commercial projects, Pradeep is pivotal in shaping the company's creative direction. He collaborates regularly with government bodies, non-profits, social entrepreneurs, and corporations across public and private sectors. His interests encompass analyzing national and social issues, educational development and management, socio-economic empowerment, and leveraging appropriate technology.
